1. Right to cancel

You have the right to cancel this contract within 14 days without giving any reason.

2. Cancellation Period

 The cancellation period is 14 days from the day on which you or a third party named by you who is not the carrier has taken possession of the goods. 

3. Address

 In order to exercise your right to cancel, you must inform SÊIN fashion of your decision to cancel this contract by a clear declaration (e.g. a letter sent by post or email). You can use the attached model cancellation form for this purpose, but this is not mandatory.

4. Cancellation deadline

In order to meet the cancellation deadline, it is sufficient for you to send your notification of exercising your right to cancel before the cancelation period has expired.

5. Consequences of cancellation

If you revoke this contract, we will refund all payments that we have received from you, including the delivery costs (with the exception of additional costs that result from your choice of delivery other than the standard delivery offered by us), to be repaid immediately and at the latest within fourteen days from the day on which we received your notification of your cancellation of this contract. For the refund, we will use the same payment method which you originally used for this transaction, unless we expressly agreed something else with you. You will not be charged any fees for this refund in any case.

6. Right of Retention

We can hold the refund until we have received the goods back or until you have provided an evidence that you have sent the goods back, whichever is the earlierst.

7. Return of the goods

You shall return or hand over the goods to SÊIN fashion no later than 14 days from the date on which you informed us of the cancellation of this contract. The deadline is met if you send the goods before the period of fourteen days has expired.

8. Return Costs

You bear the direct costs of returning the goods.

9. Value Replacement for the delivery of goods

Your are only liable for any diminished value of the goods resulting from the handling other than what is necessary to established the nature, characteristics and functioning of the goods.
